Double thread milling cutters

There are the following double thread milling cutters:

• Double thread milling cutters with two identical threads, e.g. M16 / M16
• Double thread milling cutter with two different threads, e.g. M16 / G1/4"

For both milling methods it is possible to produce milling cutters out of one single piece or of two screwed pieces.

Range of application:

• for insufficient spindle units
• if only one milling device is available
• if evtl. reworking is not wanted → complete machining
• if the burring shell be reworked after milling

For the production of the double thread milling cutters we need the core diameter of the bolt threads including the corresponding tolerance data.
